I live in Florida and had to attend my Mom's funeral in Chicago Illinois. I called Buds Flowers and placed my order for a Sympathy arrangement with Martha. She was very pleasant, helpful and patient with me. She worked with me over the phone to visualize the type of arrangement I wanted. Their website had a heart-shaped arrangement but the flowers and colors were not what I wanted. Martha worked with me to explain the type of flowers and colors they could provide and they guaranteed that the flower arrangement would arrive on time. Thank you Martha for delivering such a beautiful arrangement, I couldn't of chosen a better arrangement had I been there in person. Excellent job !!! My sincere thanks, Marguerite

Great floral shop with great staff and service!!!

My uncle passed and I made a last minute call to Buds to have an arrangement sent to the funeral home. I called Sunday night and he worked with me to get the flowers sent first thing in on Monday morning. During a very emotional time they were kind and professional. Thank you so much!

I always call Buds to have them send flowers to my wife on our anniversary. They always deliver to her work place the same day. The flowers arrangements are always beautiful.

Bud's Flowers may easily be overlooked amidst it's crowded and busy location, but it's products and services are a gold mine! The flowers are always freshly picked and imported and the ladies that operate the place are wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. their pricing is fair, and i would pay double their rates for the quality I get at Bud's. i have relied on bud's flowers for many special occasions and never does Bud's fail to deliver absolute quality. I would definitely recommend bud's to anyone. Affordability and top-notch quality is what you'll find here. Great flower shop!
